After a decade of struggling with anxious symptoms and conscious worrying, Jotham Sadan finally sought treatment. But after consulting with psychiatrists and therapists and being given half-solutions - medication that only dulled symptoms and talk therapy that was too nebulous to produce tangible results - he began looking for his own answers.
